The basket was great, and well received by the recipient. However, it was a sympathy gift in lieu of flowers, and arrived 48 hours after I ordered it. The delivery service Ontrac is notorious for creatively poor service. Perhaps think about different companies to deliver. The gift was high quality and appreciated. Ironically Ontrac has a great tracking service, so watched it depart LA to Santa Maria and then down again toward Santa Barbara where it arrived at 9 Pm.
